I'm Tamara Jewell, the heart behind Aura Home Refresh — a one woman cleaning and organizing business in Portland, Oregon. For every client, my goal is to provide thoughtful and effective support that makes home feel a little (or a lot) lighter. Through hard work, genuine care, and having a deep understanding of the psychology behind chaos — I aim to bring relief, dignity, and shine to every home I visit. From simple cleanings to full basement organization — there is no space I can't work my magic!
Gone are the days of relying on harsh chemicals with strong fumes to tackle everyday messes! I offer 100% natural and fragrance-free cleanings at no extra charge — because the health of you and your loved ones shouldn't come at a cost. Some gentle brands I carry include Mrs. Meyers, Clean Cult, Method, and more. I strive to have options for every preference and situation, so I make sure to have the more heavy-duty products on hand as well.

A light, refreshing cleanse of all common areas — including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and cleaning every surface. For a more invigorating process, such as oven cleaning, tackling built up grime or scrubbing the walls, I recommend a Deep Clean instead. This option is ideal for recurring cleanings, and each session can be tailored to fit your specific needs!

6-8 hrs
This option covers everything a Simple Clean does, but for larger homes or bigger messes. Including spot cleaning walls and doors, wiping down baseboards, and thoroughly cleaning up to three full bathrooms.
Please note — if your kitchen and / or bathroom haven't been deep cleaned in over a year, and there's visible, built-up grime, grease, and soap scum throughout, you may want to book a Major Clean to ensure there's enough time to cover the other areas of your home — or consider booking a Deep Clean just for your kitchen and bathroom if they really need scrubbed down!

8-10 hrs
Life can get messy — literally. When faced with adversity or daily demands, cleaning often falls by the wayside. It becomes very easy for clutter, grime, and disorganization to take over until it's too much to manage alone. If your home feels consumed by mess — whether it’s built-up grease and grime, scattered trash and dishes, and / or clutter in every corner — this service is designed to put an end to the chaos and bring you lasting relief.
This is also the ideal option for move out cleanings where every detail, including baseboards and inside of drawers, needs a full scrubdown.
This is a transformative process, and depending on the extent of the mess, cleanup may take multiple sessions — but rest assured, I approach every project with energy, efficiency, and zero judgment.
