In an effort to help change that narrative, our goal is to be as accessible and comprehensive as possible, which is why we offer services at a lower-than-average rate of $25 per hour. Our rate was determined by the average income of a local renter, rather than the more traditional rate that reflects the average income of a homeowner. We’re incredibly proud to call ourselves a people-over-profit business, and we’ll never turn someone away due to lack of funds.
